Description
Dried pink engraving consisting of two floors, each made up of a sequence of vertical rectangles placed contiguously to each other.
There are three rectangles on the first floor. The centre rectangle stands out. It is based on a white/ochre colour and has a fuzzy spot painted inside that rises from a small sphere. Each side rectangle contains two vertically positioned spheres: a smaller one suspended above the larger one.
On the ground floor there is a repetition of a pattern of five vertical rectangles, all topped by rudimentary dark pink circles at intervals. All the rectangles, with the exception of the centre one, have a blurred human shadow represented inside, the height of which takes up around two thirds of the area in question. All the figures are standing on a step. The central rectangle stands out from the others due to its black and white colouring and the frontal representation of a naked male body with a prominent belly, arms pressed close to the hips, legs and feet slightly apart. The body is encapsulated in the rectangle and neither the shoulders nor the neck can be seen. Running from the knees to the armpits is a vertical line made up of black blobs of varying sizes. The decapitated head appears to have been placed on top of the central rectangle.
In fact, you can't make out any facial lines but a hair-like shadow. On either side of it, there are white bubbles rising towards the first floor, just below the white/ochre rectangle. Separating the two floors, the artist has drawn a thick, dark pink horizontal line, similar to a pipe, which has a central junction.
