Description
This jewellery box is a handmade piece, made of wood, veneered in bird´s eye and edged with beech wood, with a handle made of holy wood. The author called it "Coroa" (Crown), due to the shape of the handle on the lid.
Geometrically, it consists of two parts, the storage compartment and the lid. Together they form a (hollow) cylinder, whose upper base, with a small recess, corresponds to the lid. When the jewellery box is opened, the lid separates completely from the compartment. The handle on the lid is shaped as a circular crown supported by four pins (small cylinders).
The utilitarian part of this jewellery box is the inside of the piece, which is also cylindrical in shape.

Internal Notes
