Description
This jewellery box is a handmade piece, made of wood, veneered in bird´s eye and surrounded by nine vertical ridges with an ebony lid. Reminiscent of the structure of Greek theatres, the author called it "Teatro" (Theatre).
Geometrically, it consists of two parts, the storage compartment and the lid. Together they form a (hollow) cylinder, whose upper base, with a small recess, corresponds to the lid. Nine square prisms equidistant from each other decorate the exterior of this jewellery box. When the jewellery box is opened, the lid separates completely from the compartment. The utilitarian part of this jewellery box corresponds to the inside of the piece, which is also cylindrical in shape.

Internal Notes
